Through our Holistic Eldercare Wheel, we provide you with a block of our “expert time” to advise, guide and consult with families and seniors through a more complex eldercare challenge or transition.
This service is for families who live long distance from the person they caring for in the Comox Valley. We assist and support seniors and family caregivers with on-going case management, observation and assessment of the older adult; medical advocacy; coordinate health care and social services, act as liaison to oversee the care of an elder for out of town families. We have monthly packages designed to fit the needs of the person being cared for.
